| If you wish to make a reservation yourself: |
- Get your Affiliation Number mentioned on this page.
- Go to the booking engine and start making your reservation.
- When you come to Rental type, choose Self Drive from the drop down box.
- Choose what package you want and for what duration from Self Drive box.
- Choose self drive offer from Affiliation drop down box. (It’s mentioned at the third place from the bottom.)
- Write down your affiliation code in Affiliation number box.
- Click on next and complete the procedure.

- Offer valid till 30th of June 2012.
- Reservation confirmation is subject to availability of cars.
- Offer is redeemable in India only.
- Offer applicable only on the basic tariff and not on taxes.
- Minimum age should be 23 years & must have a valid license.
- You must carry an identification card like passport, license issued by local authority.
- Service tax is applicable as 12.36% across all locations.
- Vat is applicable as 12.5% & 5% in Delhi and Hyderabad respectively.
- As per the RBI Guidelines only 3 transactions are allowed on a single credit card in a day.
- Fuel not included in rates. Cars are delivered & returned with a full tank. If car is not returned with a full tank then fuel cost & 10% surcharge will be charged.
- Collision Damage Waiver [CDW] & Theft Protection [TP] CDW and TP are included in the rates. Your liability in case of an accident or theft of the vehicle is reduced to the extent of the Non Waivable Excess, which is mentioned in the rates quoted.
- The discount is applicable on all online bookings mentioning the given affiliate number or through call center (please mentions your affiliate number too).
- Avis Standard Terms and Conditions for Self Drive rentals apply.
- No two offers can be clubbed together.
